NiGuRa Metzler - A future-oriented structure

In March 2005 NiGuRa Optik GmbH was renamed into NiGuRa Metzler Optik GmbH as all operations of NiGuRa Optik GmbH and Metzler International (Deutschland) AG have been concentrated at the location of NiGuRa in Düsseldorf.

In December 2005 NiGuRa Metzler has found a strong strategic partner. An European investor has agreed to a long-term strategic relationship with NiGuRa Metzler that will enable the company to grow and continue the development of its brands and products.
